Our design team will help
you determine the best way to get everything you need and want in your new
log home. Each building site offers new challenges, but we make
certain the specifications for the city, county, and state are met while
remaining inside your financial plan. After the contract for your
log package is complete, we will perform a physical site inspection.
Our team will meet with you no matter where your log home will be
built. This helps ensure your log home package fits all your needs.
It is often necessary to offer
recommendations on your behalf to our logsmiths to find a compromise for
limitations arising from building your home, but we will always respect
your design ideas and will make every possible effort to see your original
plan completed to your specifications. Because we have engineers
licensed in all states, you will not need to get a separate engineer's
approval for your plans if you build in a state different from your state
of current residence. All of the final plans are revised to reflect
any changes the engineer makes and you will receive eight copies of the
plans to use for contractor bids to finish your log home.
